Welcome to the CORE Susquehanna AmeriCorps Partner Site Resource Hub! This page provides quick access to important information, forms, templates, and guidance documents for site supervisors and host sites.

Monthly Site Supervisor Reflection

Site Supervisors complete this brief monthly check-in to share how service is going, identify any needs, and upload a member photo if available. The form takes about 5–10 minutes and helps CORE support you and your site. (Due the 5th of each month)

Key Supervisor Deadlines

5th of each month: In-Kind Report due

Biweekly: Approve member timesheets

Quarterly: Site Visits (see schedule below)

Quarterly Site Payments: Due 9/30, 12/30, 3/31, 6/30

Site Payment Due Dates

Full Time: 9/30, 12/30, 3/31, 6/30

3/4 Time: 9/30, 12/30, 3/31, 5/30

Half Time (Sept - Feb): 9/30, 12/30

Half Time (Feb-Aug): 3/31, 6/30

2025–2026 Major Dates (Plan Ahead for Member Absences)

September 11–12, 2025: Full-Term Orientation & Start of Term

Monthly Convenings: Full-day, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

August 7, 2026: Exit Interviews - Members with CORE

August 15, 2026: Last day of program

Member Evaluation Due Dates

Full Time: 2/13, 8/6

3/4 Time: 2/13, 5/29

Half Time (Sept - Feb): 2/23

Half Time (Feb-Aug): 8/6

Summer & Minimum Time: 8/6
