Data collection for this position is based on the following goals:

Goal 1: Develop, implement, and coordinate new programming for after school and ESL

programs, as well as community events

Goal 2: Increase the Number of Participants at library programming

Goal 3: Recruit, train, and retain volunteers for library programming

Goal 4: Participate in community outreach events and outreach visits to neighboring

schools and agencies

Goal 5: Create and distribute outreach materials for newly created library programming
